Rick E. Huffman

CEO & PRESIDENT

Mr. Huffman began his career in finance before founding HCW LLC in 1992, which has since developed over $2.5 billion in real estate, including the $420 million Branson Landing project. Today, he continues to lead national hotel and apartment developments, manages HCW properties, and serves on several charitable boards while residing in Missouri and Arizona.

  • A seasoned finance executive, he has guided billion-dollar real estate developments across multiple states, leveraging expertise in both public accounting and executive management to drive growth and operational success.
