HCW Announces Hotel Expansion for the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Chandler
Construction began in February 2025 on a 67-room expansion to the stylish and modern 110-room Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Chandler. This expansion enhances the hotel’s presence within New Square, a vibrant mixed-use development known for its upscale, contemporary, and lively atmosphere.
The new addition will seamlessly match the existing design and height, featuring a breezeway on the first floor for pedestrian access to the parking garage while fully connecting floors two through four. The expansion includes 3,200 square feet of additional meeting space, allowing the hotel to accommodate larger groups with added service areas, restrooms, pre-function space, and outdoor amenities.
Enhancing the guest experience, the hotel’s fitness center will grow by 500 square feet, bringing the total to 1,225 square feet. Complementing this expansion is a 2,140-square-foot outdoor event space, seamlessly integrated with the indoor meeting area. Additionally, the project introduces a beautifully appointed bridal suite, perfect for wedding parties and special occasions.
Expansion to be completed in Q4 of 2025.
