HCW & Lawrence Ventures Celebrate Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Chandler Expansion

HCW and Lawrence Ventures are proud to announce the successful completion and ribbon cutting of the 68-room expansion, additional conference space, and new amenities at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Chandler.
Since opening on May 15, 2020, the hotel has become a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers, thanks to its location in the New Square development, owned by HCW and Lawrence Ventures. The expansion increases the hotel’s total room count to 177 and adds 3,200 square feet of flexible meeting and event space with pre-function areas, service stations, and dedicated restrooms, as well as a 2,140-square-foot outdoor event patio. Guests also enjoy an expanded 1,225-square-foot fitness center and a beautifully appointed 325-square-foot Bridal Suite. The Bridal Suite features a champagne lounge, dedicated bridal salon, and private king bedroom with a spa-inspired bath, providing an elevated experience for wedding parties and special celebrations.
The ribbon cutting celebration brought together community leaders, partners, and local businesses. Speakers included Rick Huffman, President and CEO of HCW; Spike Lawrence of Lawrence Ventures; Kevin Hartke, Mayor of Chandler; Terri Kimble, President and CEO of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce; and Jess Walrath, CEO/Executive Director of the Downtown Chandler Community Partnership. Guests enjoyed live entertainment, hat-making from Copper Brim Hat Co, exceptional cuisine, and tours of the newly expanded spaces, celebrating the hotel’s enhanced offerings with the community.
