HCW Announces New Restaurant Concept, The Foundry Room, Coming to DoubleTree by Hilton Evansville

HCW is excited to announce that construction has begun on The Foundry Room, a brand-new restaurant concept located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Evansville. The DoubleTree opened in February 2017, along with its original restaurant, Stone City Grill, which has proudly served guests since the hotel’s debut.

Set to open this January, The Foundry Room will welcome guests to an entirely new dining experience, featuring a complete remodel, refreshed design, and inspired menu that reflects the evolving culinary landscape of downtown Evansville. During the transition, guests can continue to enjoy their favorite Stone City Grill menu items at Quarry Bar.

 The project team includes BRP Architects of Springfield, Missouri, as the architect; Social Design Studio as the interior design firm; and ARC Construction of Evansville, Indiana, as the general contractor.
